Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground turkey (93/7 lean recommended)
  • 1/2 medium onion, very finely diced or grated
  • 2 tablespoons Greek seasoning
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 12 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed completely dry
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, onion, Greek seasoning, eggs, breadcrumbs, spinach, feta cheese, and olive oil.
  3. Using clean hands, gently mix the ingredients until just combined—do not overmix.
  4. Form into 2-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet, spacing them about 1/2 inch apart.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then check internal temperature. If necessary, bake an additional 3–5 minutes until meatballs reach 165°F.
  6. Serve warm or cold, as desired.
