Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  2. Add chicken cubes and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1–4 hours (or overnight for more flavor).
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat grill to high or oven to 450°F (232°C).
  5. Thread chicken onto skewers, spacing slightly for even cooking.
  6. Grill skewers 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through, or bake 10–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
  7. Ensure internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C). Rest briefly before serving.
  8. Serve hot with extra sweet chili sauce on the side.
