Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (approx. 18.3 oz)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Snickers bar or other halal candy bar, chopped
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sauce
  • Whipped cream, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Prepare brownie batter according to box instructions. Fill each muffin liner halfway with brownie batter.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes to partially set the brownie bases.
  4. While baking, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  5. Remove brownie cups from oven and use the back of a spoon to gently press a well into the center of each.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake filling into each well, nearly to the top.
  7. Bake for another 15–18 minutes, or until cheesecake is set.
  8. Cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill.
  9. Before serving, drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauce, top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with chopped candy bar pieces.
