Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or crushed Oreos
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
  • 1 cup Snickers bars, chopped
  • Pink food coloring (gel or liquid)
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Additional chopped Snickers bars, optional (for topping)
  • M&Ms, optional (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker or Oreo crumbs with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Melt the chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Blend in cooled melted chocolate. Fold in chopped Snickers bars.
  4. Transfer a small amount of the mixture to a separate bowl and tint with pink food coloring. Swirl the pink mixture back into the main filling.
  5. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold into the cheesecake mixture until smooth.
  6. Pour filling over the chilled crust, smooth the top, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
  7. Once set, remove from the pan. Top with whipped cream, M&Ms, and extra Snickers pieces. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.
  • Use dark chocolate to reduce sweetness if preferred.
  • Crust can be made with gluten-free cookies if needed.
