Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh lobster meat, cooked and chopped into small pieces
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. If needed, cook lobster meat, remove from shells, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, cooking until smooth and slightly thickened.
  6. Lay tortillas flat and spoon a small amount of Alfredo sauce in the center of each.
  7. Add chopped lobster and a portion of mozzarella cheese.
  8. Roll tortillas tightly and place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  9. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups.
  10. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  11. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  12. Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Thaw frozen lobster completely and pat dry before use.
  • Homemade Alfredo sauce provides best flavor, but store-bought can be used.
  • Add vegetables like spinach, mushrooms, or peppers for extra texture.
  • For spice, include red pepper flakes or jalapeños.
  • Best served fresh; sauce may thicken when reheated.
