Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple pie filling (chopped)
  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Spoon apple pie filling along each tortilla and roll tightly.
  3. Place tortillas seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan, combine butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and water over medium heat.
  5. Stir until butter melts and sugars dissolve, then bring to a gentle boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon and vanilla extract.
  8. Pour the warm syrup evenly over the tortillas.
  9. Let sit for 5 minutes to absorb the sauce.
