Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated onion
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 small flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, grated onion, ketchup, pickle relish, mustard, vinegar, and paprika until smooth. Refrigerate the sauce while preparing the wraps.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it into crumbles.
  3. Drain excess grease and season the beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Warm the tortillas slightly in a skillet or microwave for easier rolling.
  5. Lay the tortillas flat and spread a generous amount of sauce on each one.
  6. Add shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, sliced onions, chopped pickles, and diced tomatoes evenly across the tortillas.
  7. Spoon the seasoned beef over the toppings.
  8. Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll tightly into wraps.
  9. Serve immediately or toast the wraps in a skillet for 1 to 2 minutes per side for a crispy exterior.

Notes

  • Warm tortillas before rolling to prevent tearing.
  • Store sauce and fillings separately for meal prep.
  • Ground turkey or chicken can be substituted for beef.
  • Add jalapeños or hot sauce for extra spice.
  • Whole wheat tortillas can be used for added fiber.
  • The cooked beef mixture freezes well for up to 2 months.
  • Toast the wraps in a skillet for extra crunch and flavor.
