Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2/3 cup plain whole-milk yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Extra blueberries (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook blueberries and honey in a saucepan over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until softened and juicy, then cool completely.
  2. Blend most of the blueberry mixture until smooth, leaving some whole berries for texture.
  3. Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in yogurt, vanilla, and lemon juice.
  4. Gently fold in half of the blueberry puree to create a swirl effect.
  5. Spoon into serving glasses and top with remaining blueberry mixture.
  6. Swirl lightly for a marbled appearance and garnish with blueberries and mint.
  7. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overmix to maintain the marbled effect.
  • Greek yogurt creates a thicker, creamier texture.
  • Frozen blueberries can be used if thawed first.
  • Best served chilled within 1–2 days.
  • Add granola or crushed cookies for extra crunch.
