Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Whisk mashed bananas, eggs, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Add yogurt, oil, and vanilla extract; mix until creamy.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Gently fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30–36 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
