Ingredients

  • 2 cups flaked coconut (optional)
  • 113 g butter (1 stick)
  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 400 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 450 g whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 340 g caramel ice cream topping
  • 2 graham cracker crusts (store-bought)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add pecans and coconut (if using) and toast until fragrant and lightly golden.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until creamy.
  6. Fold in whipped topping until light and fully combined.
  7. Divide the filling evenly between the two graham cracker crusts.
  8. Smooth the tops with a spatula.
  9. Sprinkle cooled pecan mixture evenly over both pies.
