Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. If needed, cook lobster meat, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes.
  4. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper; cook until smooth and slightly thickened.
  6. Lay tortillas flat and spread a little Alfredo sauce in the center.
  7. Add lobster and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese.
  8. Roll tortillas tightly and place seam-side down in baking dish.
  9. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the roll-ups.
  10. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  11. Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  12. Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

  • Use fresh or fully thawed lobster for best texture.
  • Homemade Alfredo sauce enhances flavor but store-bought works.
  • Add vegetables like spinach or mushrooms for variation.
  • Let dish rest before serving for easier slicing.
  • Best enjoyed fresh; reheating may thicken sauce.
