Ingredients

  • For the crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • For the cheesecake filling:
  • 2 packages (450 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the topping:
  • 1 can (400 g) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C and line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press mixture firmly into the pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake crust for 8–10 minutes, then let cool slightly.
  5. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar.
  6. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  7. Stir in vanilla extract until smooth.
  8. Pour filling over crust and spread evenly.
  9. Bake for 30–35 minutes until center is set.
  10. Cool completely, then spread cherry pie filling on top.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before slicing.
