Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana (about 120 g peeled)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder (about 16 g)
  • 20 g dark chocolate (85% cocoa)
  • 1 teaspoon shredded coconut (for topping)
  • 1 teaspoon freeze-dried raspberry or strawberry powder (optional)
  • 10 g extra melted dark chocolate (optional, for coating)

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and blend it with cocoa powder until smooth and creamy.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate using a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add the melted chocolate to the banana mixture and mix until fully combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a lined mold or container and smooth the top.
  5. Sprinkle with shredded coconut, fruit powder, or extra melted chocolate if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours for soft fudge or overnight for firm squares.
  7. Cut into cubes or shape into balls and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use a very ripe banana for best sweetness and texture.
  • Chill longer for firmer consistency.
  • Can be shaped into balls instead of cut into squares.
  • Add nuts for extra crunch if desired.
  • Keep refrigerated as it softens at room temperature.
