Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup no-stir creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • Optional chopped peanuts
  • Optional coarse sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  2. Warm peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Mix in protein powder, almond flour, and salt until a thick dough forms.
  4. Press mixture firmly into the prepared pan.
  5. Melt chocolate chips with milk in intervals until smooth.
  6. Spread melted chocolate over the peanut butter base.
  7. Add optional peanuts and sea salt on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
  9. Slice into 10 bars and serve chilled.
