Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate cookies, finely crushed
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened OR 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 200 g dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or hazelnuts)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles
  • 2 tablespoons extra melted chocolate (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Crush chocolate cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. Mix cookie crumbs with cream cheese or condensed milk until a soft dough forms.
  3. Roll mixture into small bite-sized balls and place on a tray.
  4. Chill for 20 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt dark chocolate until smooth.
  6. Dip truffles in melted chocolate or roll in coconut, nuts, or sprinkles.
  7. Drizzle with extra melted chocolate if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.
