  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and butter in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through.
  2. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Sauté jalapeños until softened, then add garlic.
  4. Add spices and stir well.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and simmer briefly.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  7. Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted and thickened.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with sauce.
  9. Simmer for a few minutes, then garnish with parsley and serve.
