Instructions

  5. Gradually add chicken broth while stirring.

  7. Mash some potatoes in the pot for a creamy texture.
  8. Stir in milk and heavy cream and simmer gently.
  9. Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
  10. Mix in sour cream and adjust seasoning.
