Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 80 g sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 80 g all-purpose flour
  • 20 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 30 g vegetable oil
  • 50 g milk
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • 200 g Nutella
  • 100 g chopped hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a cake pan.
  2. Beat eggs, sugar, and salt for 5–8 minutes until pale and fluffy.
  3. Sift flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, then gently fold into the egg mixture.
  4. Add vegetable oil and milk, mixing gently.
  5. Pour batter into pan and bake for 30–35 minutes. Let cool completely.
  6. Slice the cake horizontally into three layers.
  7. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, whipping cream, and Nutella until smooth and creamy.
  8. Place first cake layer, spread filling, and sprinkle hazelnuts.
  9. Repeat with second layer, then top with final layer and remaining filling.
  10. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours before serving.
