Ingredients

  • 1 package (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 slices deli roast beef
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Separate biscuit dough into 8 pieces and flatten each into rounds.
  3. Place roast beef and provolone cheese in the center of each piece.
  4. Seal dough around filling and shape into balls, placing seam-side down.
  5. Mix melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  6. Brush butter mixture over each biscuit.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Heat beef broth until hot.
  9. Serve biscuits warm with broth for dipping.
