Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  2. Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into a thin layer.
  4. Top with blueberries, raspberries, and chopped walnuts, pressing them lightly into the yogurt.
  5. Freeze for about 3 hours or until completely firm.
  6. Remove from freezer and break or cut into pieces. Let sit for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use Greek yogurt for a creamier texture; regular yogurt may become icy.
  • You can swap berries with strawberries, mango, or kiwi.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
  • Let sit a few minutes at room temperature before eating for best texture.
  • Great for kids and easy meal prep snack option.
