Ingredients

  • 4 turkey breast cutlets (120150 g each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Pat turkey cutlets dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix garlic, oregano, thyme, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  3. Rub mixture over both sides of turkey cutlets.
  4. Let sit for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Heat remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Cook cutlets for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  7. Ensure internal temperature reaches 74°C.
  8. Remove from pan and drizzle with lemon juice.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
