Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and let cool slightly.
  4. Stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheese until combined.
  5. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
  6. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center, fold edges over, and seal tightly into a ball.
  7. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over each dough ball.
  9. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley and let cool slightly before serving.
