Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup green olives (with pimentos), chopped
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Optional: lemon zest to taste
  • Optional: chili flakes to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt) until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add chopped olives, red bell pepper, and green onions.
  3. Stir in garlic, black pepper, and olive oil until well combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Stir again, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with parsley, lemon zest, or chili flakes if desired.
  6. Serve chilled.
