Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and rub with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  3. Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through (75°C internal temperature).
  4. Remove chicken, let rest, then slice into strips.
  5. Steam or blanch broccoli for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. In a bowl, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  7. Divide rice or quinoa into bowls.
  8. Top with sliced chicken and broccoli.
  9. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce and serve.
