1 lb ground chicken
2 cups broccoli florets, chopped
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion for 3–4 minutes, then add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add ground chicken, cook until no longer pink, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Steam or blanch broccoli for 3–4 minutes, then drain well.
In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk, then mix in cottage cheese, mozzarella, and cheddar.
Add cooked chicken and broccoli to the mixture and stir to combine.
Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
