  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • Optional: cooked rice, sesame seeds, green onions

Instructions

  1. Whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, vinegar, cornstarch, and water to make sauce.
  2. Heat oil and cook seasoned chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. Stir-fry vegetables until tender-crisp.
  5. Return chicken to pan and add sauce.
  6. Cook until sauce thickens and coats everything.
  7. Divide into meal prep containers and serve with rice if desired.
