Ingredients

  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies or Oreo Thins (11–12 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Chocolate curls or crushed cookies for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large chilled bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  3. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream onto the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish or loaf pan.
  4. Arrange a single layer of chocolate cookies over the cream.
  5. Spread a generous layer of whipped cream over the cookies.
  6. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over the cream layer.
  7. Repeat layers of cookies, whipped cream, and chocolate chips until ingredients are used, ending with whipped cream on top.
  8. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  9. Garnish with chocolate curls, crushed cookies, or extra chocolate chips before serving.
  10. Slice and serve chilled.
