Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, sliced
  • 16 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until smooth.
  4. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then drain fat and stir in spaghetti sauce.
  5. Place butter slices in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  6. Add half the spaghetti, then spread the cheese mixture evenly on top.
  7. Add remaining spaghetti and top with more butter slices.
  8. Pour meat sauce evenly over the top.
  9. Bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Remove, sprinkle cheddar cheese, and bake an additional 15 minutes until melted.
  11. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
