Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each shrimp in melted butter, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Arrange shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle lemon juice over the shrimp.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until shrimp are pink and coating is golden.
  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
