Instructions

  4. Spoon mixture into muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full and smoothing tops.
  5. Sprinkle remaining cheese and chives on top.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and slightly crisp on edges.
  7. Cool for 5 minutes, then remove and serve warm.
