3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons hot honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced (for sauce)
4 flatbreads or naan
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cucumber, diced
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup olives, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil (for topping)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onion until soft.
Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart.
Season with paprika, cumin, oregano, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes and set aside.
In a bowl or blender, combine feta, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, hot honey, lemon juice, and garlic. Mix until smooth.
Warm the flatbreads in a pan or oven.
Spread the feta sauce over each flatbread.
Top with cooked ground beef.
Add tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and parsley.
Drizzle with olive oil and extra hot honey if desired. Serve immediately.
