1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar substitute
10 grams grass-fed organic gelatin (half of a 20g box)
Instructions
Bring the water to a gentle boil in a small pot.
Remove from heat and immediately stir in the sugar substitute until fully dissolved.
Slowly sprinkle in the gelatin while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Mix thoroughly until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Pour the mixture into a mold or shallow dish.
Let it cool slightly at room temperature.
Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until firm and jelly-like.
Cut into small portions and consume as needed.
Notes
Use filtered water for better taste and purity.
Stir continuously to prevent clumping of gelatin.
