Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare and bake brownies according to package instructions, then let cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract, then mix in heat-treated flour and salt.
  4. Fold in mini chocolate chips and crushed Oreos.
