Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 100 grams granulated sugar (1/2 cup)
  • 60 grams unsalted butter, melted (1/4 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 120 grams all-purpose flour (1 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until pale and slightly thickened.
  3. Add melted butter and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
