  • 1 lime wedge (for glass rim)

Instructions

  1. Blend peaches and water until smooth to create a thick peach puree.
  2. Rim a glass with lime juice and dip into coarse sugar. Fill glass with ice.
  3. In a shaker, combine peach puree, lime juice, sweetener, and heavy cream.
  4. Add ice and shake well for 10–15 seconds until chilled and creamy.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared glass over ice.
  6. Top with sparkling water or lemon-lime soda.
  7. Stir gently to combine.
