Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 23 kiwis, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed biscuits
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice strawberries and kiwis evenly.
  2. Optionally sprinkle sugar over strawberries and let sit briefly.
  3. Add a layer of crushed biscuits to the bottom of serving glasses.
  4. Layer sliced strawberries evenly over biscuits.
  5. Spread a smooth layer of whipped cream.
  6. Add kiwi slices along the sides and center.
  7. Add another thin layer of crushed biscuits.
  8. Repeat layers of cream and fruits until glasses are filled.
  9. Finish with whipped cream on top.
  10. Garnish with chocolate shavings, strawberry slices, and mint leaves.
  11. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
