Ingredients

  • 1 package (16 ounces) elbow macaroni
  • 4 medium carrots, shredded
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions until tender.
  2. Drain and rinse under cold water, then drain well.
  3. Place macaroni in a large bowl and add carrots, green pepper, and red onion.
  4. In another bowl, whisk mayonnaise, condensed milk, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour dressing over macaroni mixture and stir well to coat.
  6. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Stir again before serving.
