Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Juice the clementines to make about 1/2 cup fresh juice.
  2. Combine oats, clementine juice, salt, and vanilla in a bowl or jar.
  3. Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight (at least 8 hours).
  4. In the morning, stir oats and adjust texture with a splash of yogurt or juice if needed.
  5. Grate the apple and optionally toss with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  6. Transfer oats to a serving bowl and top with apple, blueberries, walnuts, and yogurt.
  7. Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
